9.  CAPA PERFORMANCE  CAPA Performance (Configurable score) from VQ  Calculates metric based on SCAR issued quality records and response times.  Points given if no problems reported during evaluation period.  Configurable weigh of calculated performance for Supplier Report Card  SCAR delinquency minus points are also configurable  Optional in addition to all Other Metrics
