Background In year of 2013, North East Asia Region (NEAR) in conjunction with South East Asia Region (SEAR) Southern Asia Region (SAR) Oceania Region (OR) and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) are going to organize A 360 o Engineering leadership Training for Young Engineers. API-SOFE Competition is incorporated as one of three major activities: API-SOFE Competition API-Design Contest API-Young Leadership Camp
