2 Summer Internship Challenge Programme 2011 Objectives To broaden exposure to the operation of business and social organizations; To enhance knowledge and generic skills in workplace; and To cultivate an open attitude towards cultural diversity and working with individuals of different cultural backgrounds. 2

8 Duration and Programme Structure Internship at workplace:June to August 2011 (6 to 10 weeks) Debriefing Session & post-publication Intern of the Year Award – employer nomination 8
