4. This information includes the name of the supplier Heart - BMJ, Oct 1997 -, All NHS Athens In the case of Heart the supplier is the BMJ group

5. Alternatively, Journal of allied health ProQuest, Apr 2002 -, All NHS Athens In this second example the supplier is Proquest.
