MINNCOR Facts Prison industries have existed in Minnesota for over 100 years On any given day, MINNCOR employs approximately 1,200 offenders and 125 staff Since 2003, MINNCOR has been a self-sufficient enterprise, receiving no state subsidies, taxpayer dollars or grants Twine factory, early 1900s
