2. PCharacters PJulian: PJulian is a young boy who wants a corn stalk. P Huey: PHuey is Julian’s younger brother. He wants a flower house, and it finally turns into beans.

3. PSetting PThe setting is in a garden at Julian’s house. They want to grow corn and flower.

4. P First P First Julian and Huey get the house of flowers and the corn. Their dad said that they couldn’t get them, but they did anyway.

5. PNext PNext they planted the corn and flower house. They worked all day to get the ground smooth and to plant the seed.

6. PThen PThen, in a week the seed started to grow. Julian and Huey watered and weeded them.

7. PFinally PFinally, at the end of the summer they had vegetables from the garden every night. The corn did grow as high as the house and the flower house turned into beans.

8. PPersonal Review PI would recommend this story for a person who likes gardens and flowers. I liked this story because I liked how the story was told.
