Inside the folder are all the forms and information that you will need to become a member of the NZ Fire Fighters Welfare Society. First you need to fill out the application form. If you are NOT paid by the Fire Service, then you will need to fill out a Direct Debit form.

Once we receive your first contribution payment your are then a full member of the Society under the rules.
