Primary Education LONG TERM Multi Stake Holder Collaboration Encourage PPP in School & Teacher Training Institutions State Level Teacher Training & Development Plan SHORT TERM More District level Teachers Training College More number of elementary & secondary schools with better infrastructure English Language and Computer skills to be made mandatory Periodic Assessment by outside teachers

Higher Education LONG TERM Setting up a Technical University (Engineering Colleges)- Encourage corporate participation & Private Universities- Capacity Building & Faculty development SHORT TERM Establish Soft skill training institute in the lines of Tamil Nadu Set Up a Nodal Agency to invite private participation
