6  What is in it for members?  Knowledge as a Service  By the members  For the members  AKWL as a facilitator  Activities:  A mentor group of senior members of AKWL facilitating problem resolution  Resolution limited to advises, suggestions and way forward  Could be of technical and non-technical in nature  Members can be benefitted with best practices and experience of a strong pool  Duration of each session : 1 Hour  Venue: Bio-tech park  Day:  No. of members for whom problems to be taken up in each session: max. 3  Financial implications to the members: none Plan for 2013

8  How is AKWL influencing the Government to increase investment in Knowledge economy?  Meeting with the Government and Bureaucracy  Monthly meeting with principal secretary (IT), IIDC  For the AKWL members (select group)  Agenda:  A platform for discussing the needs, pain areas, government intervention  Regular interaction will help in sensitizing the government towards IT sector  UPIT Policy implementation status report, including Infra  Duration of each session : 1 Hour  Venue: STPI  Day:  AKWL coordinator:  Success Story Sharing Sessions for Government Initiatives,  For the members, along with CSI  Venue: PNB IT auditorium  Frequency: Monthly  AKWL coordinators: Plan for 2013
