6. New Career & Technology Center Replace current Career & Technology Center Total Project Cost = $75,972,000 Based on 200,000 square feet building housing 29 programs Eliminate Roof and HVAC projects if funded 8/28/2013

7. Roofing Projects 8/28/2013 Plan replaces 14 single ply roofs that are past their useful lives Plan also eliminates the need to replace Charles Carroll and East Middle roofs Implementation of this plan will leave six schools that still have single ply roofs

8. HVAC Systems 8/27/2014  Plan replaces six HVAC systems that are past their useful lives  Plan also eliminates the need to replace Charles Carroll and East Middle HVAC systems

9. Kindergarten Additions 8/28/2013 Plan includes last four Kindergarten Additions required as part of the move to Full Day Kindergarten Kindergarten classes are currently being held in classrooms were not designed to meet the instructional needs of Kindergartners

High School Science Rooms 8/28/2013 Plan includes the renovation of 19 science classrooms at our oldest high schools that have not been renovated to meet today’s instructional program The County’s current Adopted CIP does have funding included to complete these projects Plan amended to align with County funding timeline
