2. STEP 1: Remove rear tires and install axle spacers. Use blue thread locker and tighten lugs to ATV specification: 1-855-KTRACKS

3. STEP 2: Position 3rd link bracket onto frame. Slide 1/2- 13 bolt through the two halves along with the Heim joint and nyloc nut. 1-855-KTRACKS

4. STEP 3: Remove two bolts on the left side of the axle and slip the swing arm bracket onto the axle housing. Reinstall the two bolts and the bolt, washer and nyloc nut supplied. 1-855-KTRACKS

5. STEP 4: Install the swing arm 1-855-KTRACKS

6. STEP 5: Slide 1/2-13 bolt through as shown secure with flat washer and nyloc nut 1-855-KTRACKS

7. STEP 6: Slide RH and LH bogie mounts into swing arm. 1-855-KTRACKS

8. STEP 7: Put LH and RH track assemblies onto axle spacers use blue thread lock on supplied 3/8-16 bolts tighten to ATV specifications. Note: a short wrench or crows foot wrench is used to tighten one of the four bolts Align bogie mounts to flex axles 1-855-KTRACKS

9. STEP 8: Install supplied hardware and fasteners using blue thread locker 1-855-KTRACKS

10. STEP 9: Note: components are marked by color to aid in the install Attach Heim joint to swing arm 1-855-KTRACKS

11. STEP 10: Note: turn the rod either way until the 5/8-13 bolt slips into place 1-855-KTRACKS

12. STEP 11: Tighten supplied nyloc nut Verify initial track system adjustment break-In dimensions are as follows: (5 1/8”) 1-855-KTRACKS

13. STEP 12: Note: This Information has been marked on your track system Note: Take the measurement off bolt head flats as shown for accuracy 1-855-KTRACKS
