1. Aglietti Primary School Nativity Scenes of Postua

2. During the Christmas’ time, walking through the streets you can easily find several nativity scenes made with different materials, prepared in the gardens, courtyards and squares. Postua is a small village surrounded by green woods, close to the mountains and crossed by a winding river.

3. WE TOOK THE BUS, IT WAS GREAT... WE TOOK THE BUS, IT WAS GREAT... COME WITH US, DON’T BE AFRAID!

5. Starting from the mechanical nativity scene…

7. …on the basket that our grandparents carried on their shoulders,

8. …within the winepress for pressing grapes,

9. …in the courtyard with pumpkins, chestnuts and hay!

10. On a bench scale used many years ago…

11. …in the laundry where the women washed the dirty clothes!

12. Characters made of pine cones, inside the hut made of wooden logs…

13. It’s fantastic!! This is made of wood!

15. In the wooden wheelbarrow…

16. And now a nice and sweet surprise! We drunk hot chocolate with cookies and…Santa Claus gave us candies!!

18. Finally the Three Wise Men arrived…

20. After our visit to Postua, we have made a crib to expose at school… We have painted the sky with watercolors!!

21. …then we have drawn and cut out the shapes…and here’s the result…
