11 Cholesterol Test Can be scheduled any day Requires fasting 10-12 hours prior Drink plenty of water Blood Test – small tube drawn Very reasonable cost Reduced cost in February – Healthy Heart Month

13 Skin Test Screens for tuberculosis, a lung disease Requires 2 appointments Testing Reading 48-72 hours after test Testing can be scheduled any day except Thursdays

15 Immunizations The following immunizations are provided for a fee: –Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) –Hepatitis B –Influenza (Flu shot) –Tetanus (currently not available)

26 Free HIV Testing The OraQuick test is done using a small drop of blood from the finger. Test Accuracy is 99.9%. Results are known in 20 minutes. Test is anonymous - means you give a first name only and it can be any name that you will remember.
