Word Problems b Bob is decorating the hallway. One wall measures 2m by 3m. The other wall measures 2m by 2m. What is the total area he will have to paint? b Each tin of paint covers 2m². How many tins does Bob need to buy? b Bob has a ten pound note. Each tin of paint costs £2.99. Can he afford to paint the whole hallway? Explain your answer.
