500 g plain flour 500 g meal 170 g sugar 4 yolks 250 g butter 50 ml vegetable oil 1 teaspoon of salt 500 ml milk 70 g yeast 1 teaspoon of rum (it isn´t necessary)

We need for make leaven: › Mix: milk,1 teaspoon of sugar, a little plain flour and yeast

Before leaven(ing) rise, pulp sugar with butter and add yolks. Afterwards add leaven(ing), oil, salt and plain flour and make thick, unsticky dough. Leave this on warm place covered with clean dishcloth Until it rises in warm, prepare streusel and filling

200g butter or vegetable fat (Hera) 200g meal 150g confectioner`s sugar › Mix it together

1 kg cottage cheese 4 yolk 200 g sugar Raisins

Mix cottage cheese with yolk, sugar and raisins You can add a little milk to be well spread

Risen dough spread on circle of baking paper. Spread with cottage cheese filling and sprinkle with streusel and let rise for a moment

Bake the pie in the oven (180 °C) until it changes colour to gold. You can spread edge of pie with mixture of rum and butter (so you need warm up the butter and add a bit of rum)
