16 Design It!

17  Alter the facial features on the plot!  Hair is included in makeup design (do not leave your witch bald)!  You may include accessories (hats, etc.) in your design to show your vision, but know that those decisions are ultimately made by the costume designer.  Use color! Use colored pencils or crayons (no markers, please).  List all the materials you need to make your design a reality.  You must be able to explain and justify your design choices.
