Confidential: University of California San Francisco Medical Center Slide 1 Oneview – Project Updates 1.Successful Mission Bay Hospital Pilot and Clinical Demonstrations of Oneview software and hardware solution completed 1/29/14. 110+ Clinical, IT and Business stakeholders participated. 2.Day 1 Business Requirements approved on 3/14/14. 3.IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure (EIA) committee approved Oneview’s architecture design on 3/27/14. 4.Clinical Workflow Workgroups in progress to complete workflows to support the Oneview solution (25+ sessions held to date) 5.Interface development underway including ADT, Diet Orders, Patient Education, Computrition, and MyChart (lab results; post-operative information and discharge instructions and access to patient education videos when at home). 6.Vendor Equipment Selections ongoing for tablets, TVs, arms/mounts, game controllers, web cameras, head end equipment and other. Final Equipment List on 4/30/14. 7.IT Support Planning begins on 4/28/14. 8.Planning underway to install Oneview Simulation Test environment at the Kanbar Center in May 2014.

Confidential: University of California San Francisco Medical Center Slide 2 Oneview Decision Points 1.Interactive Patient Care System will be installed at UCSF Mission Bay Hospitals and the Gateway Medical Office Building (Adult Infusion, Dialysis and Pediatric Treatment Center). (Other UCSF locations are TBD.) 2.The IPC vendor – Oneview will install, manage and provide on-going support and maintenance for both the IPC system and the Broadcast TV solution for Mission Bay Hospitals. 3.IPC equipment includes: TVs, Tablets, Pillow Speakers, Arm Mounts, IR Remote Controls, Remote Entertainment Stations (family TV controls & sound) 4.The soft Go Live on October 1, 2014 will include all patient rooms. 5.Project has standardized on a patient footwall TV display size of 65” for all locations that can accommodate this footprint. Smaller TVs and/or tablets will be used in rooms that have physical space constraints. 6.IPC equipment will be fanless and medically wipeable devices selected to withstand the disinfectant solutions in use by Infection Control and EVS.
