9. General Eligibility 1. Must be citizens of Thailand or citizens of the participating countries. 2. Not currently studying the program. 3. Not holding dual citizenship or permanent residency status in Australia. 4. Must have applied for and gained admission to study at a course in an Australian institution. 9
