12.  22% (320) beneficiaries will progress into sustained employment or sustained self employment  30% (435) beneficiaries will progress in Traineeships, Apprenticeships or Further Learning  80% (1,165) beneficiaries will improve their self confidence and ability to cope with long term unemployment and develop resilience to economic activity

13.  Tenders Documents will be released on Wednesday 26 th February from10am via the website  Tender Documents to returned to HLC by email or hand delivered/post by 12 noon on Wednesday 26 th March  Decisions will be made and providers informed by 18 th April with a view to a commence delivery in two phases, May 2014 and Aug/Sep 2014
