Geology Confirmation and Infill drilling campaign, sample preparation and assays completed over a period from September 2013 to January 2014; Geological resources and JORC-compliant MRE report developed by CSA Global, Australia 30 March 2014. As a results, both geological tin resources and by-products upside potential have been significantly increased. According to the Report, Syrymbet project is the world-largest undeveloped tin deposit; A Syrymbet preliminary hydrogeological conditions report developed by Golder Associates in May 2014; A Project hydrology (on hydrometeorological conditions of the project) report developed by Golder Associates and submitted to АМС and АМЕС for further project design studies; In-situ by-products resources are re-estimated across the deposit covering tungsten, copper, zinc, magnetite and fluorite.

Project Status Mine Design AMC-GMP consortium has started the preparation of the mine design. АМС Consulting is finalizing the Stage 1 of the Mine Design work. Open-pit Geotechnical Report developed by АМЕС and submitted to АМС for the mine design purpose. Process Testwork Bulk process samples collected and shipped to SGS Canada, SGS Cornwall (UK) and TOMRA (Germany) for testwork investigations. Testwork findings produced are promising for tin, tungsten, copper, zinc, magnetite and fluorite recovery. The test work will be completed by end of February 2015. Environmental Study (PESIA) Field measurements and baseline data collection carried out through all 4 seasons of a year; Public hearing and local communities interviews completed in order to assess social and economical conditions existing at the project area Precise topomaps of the project area produced

Business Road Map 2020 The state-sponsored program Business Road Map 2020 includes the following items related to Syrymbet project: Construction of a 110kV, 24-km long HV Line worth a total of $10M USD has been approved by all industry-related ministries and included in the Government program with finance allocated for the HV line construction in 2015; Reconstruction of a 25-km access road to the Syrymbet minesite worth of $5M USD is being designed. Once a road design is completed and run through the State Expert Review board, a construction and financing application will be submitted in January 2015 for further approval.

Syrymbet project is the world-largest and the only explored tin deposit in Kazakhstan with commercial grades of such by-products as tungsten, copper, zinc, magnetite and fluorite. Syrymbet project is the world-largest and the only explored tin deposit in Kazakhstan with commercial grades of such by-products as tungsten, copper, zinc, magnetite and fluorite. The project has a well developed infrastructure platform and it is favorably located close to major consumers. The nearest railway station is at 31 km. A 10- kW HVPL and a graded access road are currently available. As part of the Government-sponsored program Business Road Map 2020, funds for a new 110kV 24-km long HVPL construction have been approved with the construction phase to commence in 2015 worth a total of 10 million USD.
