2 AOI Institute was first established in May 2003 and we are proudly the first fully online institute in Australia delivering IT course in Australia. Later on in 2005 we were registered to deliver our courses for international students.

18  A longer period of probation may be applied if the employee and manager agree in writing before the employment commences. Negotiation regarding an extended probation period should commence no later than when the offer of employment is made. The General Manager has the discretion to waive the probationary period where reasonable justification exists.  The General Manager may: a) at any time during the period of probation, terminate the person’s employment by signed notice. b) at the end of the probation period - confirm the appointment, or - extend the period of probation, or - terminate the person’s employment by signed notice. c) at any time during the probationary period, shorten the probationary period.
