SAMPLE DATING AGREEMENTS Each party is free to have social and sexual relations with other people without notice or informing the other party. Parties shall not discuss “dating” or new relationships. Neither party shall ask questions or voluntarily offer information about “dating” activities. Neither party may bring a romantic partner to birthday parties, parent teacher conferences, sporting events or other children’s activities to which both parents are invited. For the next 12 months, neither custodial parent shall have overnights with a romantic partner and thereafter shall only have overnights with a serious committed partner with prior notice to the other party.
