FY 2013 OIL & GAS FATALITIES SINCE OK STAND DOWN November 8 Oil & Gas worker at a drilling rig collapsed at site (possibly natural causes) December 3Well Servicing contractor was setting up gin pole truck at the site stretching out a guy wire when it contacted an overhead power line electrocuting employee on the ground December 9Drilling contractor experienced pipe seize in the well being drilled. The draw works line severed while working pipe up and down in an attempt to free it; traveling block fell to rig floor striking the driller January 4An employee fell from the rig floor during rig- down operation
