7. 7 Success of experiential learning … key issues continues:  Appointment of a work-place mentor (supervisor of experiential learning).  Monitoring (visitation) of progress (formative assessment).  Summative assessment of experiential learning and feedback.  Facilitated reflection on experiential learning or debriefing of students.  Evaluation of the completed experiential learning and the attainment of academic credit.
