What Your Program Includes
Return economy airfare from Melbourne and domestic flights with Qantas and American Airlines High standard centrally located 4-5 star hotels including breakfasts (except LA & New York) Welcome dinner at the Beverly Hilton, Beverly Hills Admission and transfer to Disneyland Theme Park in LA Guided sightseeing tour of Washington Reflective breakfast meeting at The Roosevelt Hotel

Formal presentation and farewell cocktails and dinner at the famous Le Cirque restaurant in New York All transfers from airport to hotels and return by air conditioned, panoramic coaches. Costs 18 Days from 30 June – 17 July 2015 Full package: $8,275 (approx.) including tax and insurance Cost includes: Airfares : Melbourne – LA; LA- Washington; New York – Melbourne Accommodation based on twin share All breakfasts (except LA and New York) Sightseeing Welcome and farewell dinners Tour operator’s costs for air/coach/rail to site visits Travel insurance (approx. $200) Tax Surcharge (approx. $900) * Standard tuition fees (not included in the cost above) will be incurred for this subject. Subject Details ACCT30011 Lecture material is given in handout prior to departure and during the course of the tour by the Subject Coordinator and our host senior executives and regulators in the United States. Eligibility Commerce elective available to Bachelor of Commerce students Prerequisites: either ACCT Intermediate Financial Accounting or ACCT20001 Cost Management Preference will be given to final year students, however second year students are welcome to apply Students may apply for the program as “experience only” – ie do not enrol in ACCT a $500 administrative fee is payable in lieu of tuition fees

How to apply Step 1: Attend an information session:
Wednesday 18 March: 12pm – 1pm FBE Theatre 2 Wednesday 25 March: 5.15pm – 6.15pm FBE Theatre 3 Step 2: Complete an application form and submit to - Level 5, The Spot Call ext to access office: Include a photocopy of passport identification page, $750 cheque and a copy of your Australia visa (for international students)

Formal acceptance of your application will be made by to your University student address. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis Until places are filled 4 If you accept your offer you will need to complete the University's Online Mobility Registration and Travel Grant Application form. The Scholarships Office will advise you of the outcome of your travel grant application. At least 6 weeks prior to departure.

By completing the Online Mobility Registration and Travel Grant Application form you will be automatically considered for this grant Student Financial Aid: Interest-free loans with flexible repayment terms – see OS HELP: Available to students enrolled in a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) in a degree course who want to undertake part of their study overseas.
