6:54 A llah(swt) Commanded Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) to say Salaam Read Verse 54 of Surrah Al-Anam, 6 Allah(swt) commanded Muhammad(pbuh) that whenever believers would come to you say SALAMUN ALYKUM to them the verse continues to add that Allah(swt) has promised forgiveness for whoever commits a sin unknowingly and then asks for forgiveness, surely Allah(swt) is most forgiving from here we came to know that saying Salaam is not optional, we are commanded to say it so we must not say, Hello or Hi or whatever else, our word to greet is Salaam
4
11:69 Angles said Salaam to Ibrahim(pbuh) and He replied with Salaam see Verse 69 of Surrah Hud, 11 in this verse it is told that when Angels came to Prophet Ibrahim(pbuh) they said Salaam and Ibrahim replied back to them with Salaam the point to note and care about is that how important it is to say Salaam that it is specially mentioned for the both sides that the one coming in is saying Salaam and the other one is replying with Salaam if it was something of less importance then it could have been omitted
5
4:86 Read Verse 86 of Surrah Al-Nissa 4 in this verse it is told that when someone Greets You with a Prayer, You must reply with better prayer or at least Return the same words the verse continues to add that Allah(swt) is going to take account of all deeds what is the deed to be acounted here someone gave you Salaam and you did not returned you took it simply unimportant but Quran is telling that you will be asked for it so special care should be taken to return or reply to Salaam return the Prayers because you will be asked for it

24:27 Read Verse 27of Surrah Nour 24 this verse is clearly saying that do not enter in other people’s homes until you take permission and say Salaam to them do we really take care of this? what do we say when we enter in our friends and relatives homes every command of Allah(swt) is meant to be obeyed so take a good care from now do not Enter in other people’s homes till you say Salaam
7
24:61 extracted from Verse 61 of Surrah Nour 24 it is commanded that when you enter in your homes say Salaam to your own people we may be saying Salaam to others but most of us ignore saying Salaam to own people at home the verse above is saying that Salaam is a noble gift from Allah(swt) and we ignore giving that gift to our own loved ones so next time and every time to go home say Salaam to everyone say Salaam to your own people when you go to home

39:73 Verse 73 of Surrah e Zummar 39 tells us that guardians of paradise would say Salaam to believers at the gates of heavens see Salaam is not only commanded to us but to Angels as well Salaam is common between us and Angels keep saying Salaam so that a time may come to receive Salaam from Angels guardians of Paradise will welcome believers with Salaam

56:26 From Verses 25 – 26 of Surrah Waqia 56 we come to know that the believers living in heavens will not speak bad to each other and they will always say Salaam to each other See prevailing Salaam means making environment of peace make a heaven around yourself with spreading Salaam believers living in heavens will say Salaam to each other
10
you will read a lot of Hadith from Prophet(pbuh) about saying Salaam this one from Abu Dauood is very special because every Muslim wants to get closer to Allah(swt) and if this is one of the ways to achieve that who would not do that so whoever wants to get closer to Allah(swt) should try to say Salaam first Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) told that the one that says Salaam first gets more closer to Allah(swt)
11
SPREAD TO SAY SALAAM it is a gift of Allah(swt) that you give to each other it is a prayer that one Muslim makes for others say Salaam to people either know or not Be first to say Salaam this is a reminder so that we may not forget or ignore to say Salaam
