6. Pepper Pop Lock In September 2003, two rogue PPB members cut the lock and confiscated the People’s Bike Library. About half the bikes were later recovered.

13. Pod-sack Island In Mid-2006, the pile moved across the street to share the traffic island with the big Pod-Sack. A local business owner complains

14. October 2006 The pile moves back, across from Rocco’s ZooBomBers and representatives from the City begin meetings to decide on the future of the People’s Bike Library.
