AMI & Grid Data Analytics & Analysis Management Platform Page  1 What does this platform offer? Our tool is a next generation grid management software platform designed to provide Utilities with innovative solutions for big data issues introduced with the emergence of smart grid technologies. It does this by offering: Flexibility to selectively implement features across various organizational groups including Network Operations Centers, Grid Control Centers, Transmission & Distribution Engineering, and Customer Service. In-depth real/near time view of their smart grid system with advanced trending and predictive analysis. Scale efficiency to meet the needs of Utilities of all sizes as it may be implemented as an on-site or hosted solution.

Page  2 Network Health Management Our analytics & analysis platform uses advanced algorithms and data correlation techniques to combine data from OMS, AMI, DMS, SCADA, with AMI Meter data allowing Utilities near real-time visibility into network performance Additional benefit derives from detecting problems with meters or with the communication network. This reduces the amount of missing usage data and increases billing accuracy and the overall effectiveness of the AMI meter deployment. These benefits represent a significant improvement over the benefits of smart grid infrastructure alone Router Connectivity Visualization Network Performance Analysis Platform Core Functionality Example – Network

Page  3 Platform Core Functionality Example – AMI & Grid Core - Outage Management Today’s electricity system is 99.97 percent reliable, yet still allows for power outages and interruptions that cost Americans at least $150 billion each year — about $500 for every man, woman and child. U.S. DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY Our Platform dynamically monitors real-time power outages and restorations with live system mapping of active and restored outages. It generates real-time alerts and reports to improve mitigation response times. It allows Utilities to proactively reduce the occurrence of outages by understanding the weak points in their infrastructure. Our platform will allow for the following Reduced customer calls Forecasting weak points thus reducing the number of outages Outage window times

AMI & Grid Data Analytics & Analysis Management Platform Page  4 What makes this product different? We provide a Big Data solution, not just a reporting engine with a map. Voltage Management: Actively monitor and analyze voltage profiles from individual meters and transformers allowing Utilities to optimize voltage delivery to reduce peak demand and energy usage, comply with ANSI C84.1 regulations, and manage the effects of distributed generation on the grid. Outage Management: Dynamically monitor real-time power outages and restorations with live system mapping of active and restored outages. Generates real-time alerts and reports to improve mitigation response times. Power Quality Analytics: Quantify, monitor, and analyze system transients, frequency distortions, and harmonics to optimize system performance and improve energy delivery to customers. Energy Diversion Detection: Identify energy losses through innovative analysis and correlation of customer energy usage, revenue billing, and transformer output. Transformer Utilization Analytics: Continuously analyze transformer loads, report under and over-utilized transformers, and alert system operators of failure conditions. System Reliability Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and alert system operators of critical voltage sags, swells, and overload conditions. Smart Grid Forecasting: Perform various analytics on energy usage allowing Utilizes to improve energy forecasting and system planning.

Prymus Consulting and Business Services We develop and integrate technologies, support services and partnerships that advance the ability to seamlessly exchange energy information and services across the network: Systems Testing Services Prymus Energy’s proven test methodologies provide clear, meaningful outputs that take the guesswork out of determining whether specific technologies can meet your specific needs. Our engineers will: - setup tests—isolated and end-to-end - focus on your unique requirements - provide the answers you need when you need them. System Management and Operating Procedures Prymus Energy has proven experience in helping Itron and utilities manage their AMI/Smart Grid Technologies. This is accomplished by creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) based on the specific technologies and the environment they reside in and Operating systems to those SOPs Systems Integration Services Prymus Energy offers a full line of systems Integration services from CIS to MDM integration to Head-End system to MDM integration. We take into account our customers internal resources and associated skill sets, risk factors, time and budget requirements and the specific requirements our clients’ existing technology. Page  5

Primary Services cont. Partnering and solutions services that advance seamless implementation, business transition and customer support: Meter Management Proper meter management is the key to success in transitioning to any AMI/Smart Grid infrastructure. Prymus Energy will help you setup your meter Configuration to support quick and accurate response through remote monitoring, time-of-use pricing and demand-side management. Operational and Compliance Needs Analysis Prymus Energy’s pre and post-implementation operational needs analysis connects the dots between technology implementation and Compliance requirements, ensuring that all issues are addressed and met. Training Services Prymus Group LLC currently provides metrology and technical support resources to Itron and its North American clients. Our vision is to offer additional value add by providing operational and product specific training as part of our onboarding process. This would include Openway, IEE, and MDMS. All training curriculum and related coursework will be developed in accordance with Itron standards and ongoing approval. Our Prymus Institute provides... - Customized training program development and reference packages - Onsite training for our clients’ internal assigned and reassigned personnel - Offsite training for outsource, contingency and external resources.
