ALL RIGHTS RESERVED Sales Ledger Enquiry Sales Ledger Enquiry provides a simple, yet comprehensive view of Sales Ledger Transactions - including current/historical records of payments and rolling account balance, aged debt analysis by calendar month, 'drill-down' view of Sales Order detail. It supplements Scala data by providing the facility to record notes against each account, and by assigning reminders/to-do items. All Sales data presented is current. It's is extracted from Scala in real-time and at lighting speed. The interface is perfection - responsive and informative. Information in summary form or in detail, analysed the way you would want to see it. The Customers name and address are also displayed when you select an account from the list. You can view the account details by clicking the [VIEW] button… WALKER

A carried forward outstanding balance is also displayed against each transaction. This clearly shows the state of the account at any given time. Aged Debt is calculated on a calendar month basis… Current month, previous two months, and then previous month to that plus any other debt. Account Information, including all reference fields, Contact fields, YTD Totals and most importantly the ‘Account Blocked’ flag are also displayed. You can view Sales Order details by double-clicking on an Order Number A wealth of information about the Sales Order is available on this ‘Popup’. It includes individual transaction line details, summary totals, discount, Invoice/Delivery/Ordering Account Addresses etc…

Account details can be sent to the printer if you require a hardcopy. The print button is context sensitive – so it will print what you see – i.e. Payment History or Sales Ledger Transactions.

The system allows you to create any number of reminders, each is assigned a date (to indicate when it is due). You can enter as much free-form text as you wish. Reminders can be viewed from here, or from the main search screen (discussed later)

You can filter the display to limit the range of Reminders. You can go directly to an Account by using the [Go To…] button. You can also Edit or Delete a Reminder from this form.

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED Sales Ledger Enquiry License Fees and Costs Initial First Year Cost First PC/Server License£400 Each Additional PC/Session License£50 Technical Support and UpgradesFree Second Year onwards Technical Support and Upgrades for existing PC's20% of your accumulated License Fee's. E.G. 20% of (400+50+50) = £100 Each Additional PC/Session License (if more are required) £50 You require a Server license for each Server you install Sales Ledger Enquiry on. If you have multiple sites and each has it's own local Server that you will install the software on, each will need it's own license. If you have multiple-sites which access your primary Server via Citrix or over a WAN connection and the software is installed on one Server then you will need one Server License. Each additional PC will require a License. The software is not licensed per user. Note that where you are running the software on a Citrix Server a PC License is required for each Citrix Session that has access to the software. As a minimum you require one Server License and One PC/Session License. The first year costs includes free technical support and upgrades. The software will expire after 12 months plus some grace time. You are required to renew your License in-order to continue using the software. The License fee payable in Year 2 and thereafter entitles you to Technical Support and future upgrades.

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED Sales Ledger Enquiry Hardware/Software Requirements Computer/Processor Computer with Pentium 133 megahertz (MHz) or higher processor; Pentium IV recommended Memory RAM requirements depend on the operating system used: Windows 98, or Windows 98 Second Edition 24 MB of RAM plus an additional 8 MB of RAM for Outlook Windows Me, or Microsoft Windows NT® 32 MB of RAM plus an additional 8 MB of RAM for Outlook Windows 2000 Professional 64 MB of RAM plus an additional 8 MB of RAM for Outlook Windows XP Professional 128 MB of RAM plus an additional 8 MB of RAM for Outlook Hard Disk Hard disk space requirements will vary depending on configuration; custom installation choices may require more or less. Listed below is the minimum hard disk requirement for Outlook: 135 MB of available hard disk space Operating System Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me), Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6 (SP6) or later,Windows 2000, or Windows XP or later.
