11. Private Sanitary Sewers Operating Program (PSO) Who is required to have a PSO Permit? Facilities with one, or more, Private Sanitary Sewer Pump Stations Facilities with a large Sanitary Sewer Collection System –1,000 L.F. or more of 6 in. pipe diameter, with or without a PS.
