7 www.themegallery.com Methods This was a restrospective study with cohort approach in 2009 – 2012 (4 years). Population was all civitas academic, random sampling technique, the respondents including Educational staffs (271), Lecturers (254) and Students (1320). The instruments were questionaire, personal records and audit summary reports. Data : Primary & Secondary Data. The result were analyzed using simple distribution. www.poltekkes-smg.ac.id

16 www.themegallery.com Discussion The results showed no student, lecturer and researcher internationally class however there are main opportunity to enhance the concentration of talent such as  Qualification of lecturer : S3 (8); S2 (210/82.60%); D4/S1 (36) – overseas graduate (Aus & Thai) : 45 (20%).  Public interest studying in HPS has increased from 2009 to 2012 with an average ratio of 1: 5 with amount of applicants 4620 people (2009) and the 7147 people (2012).  Student has grade point average >3 (scale 1-4) – “Good”, skill certificate and capability English language.  Result of research activities including international/national has positive impact for both development of faculty and institutional. www.poltekkes-smg.ac.id
