THE ADAPTIVE LEADER Leadership is an activity, not a position. It is something that we do. Great leadership is all about knowing how to: Lead in times of crisis and chaos, Lead when you don’t completely understand the problem (let alone the solution!), Lead change when faced with uncertainty and resistance, Lead even without the title or authority, and Face challenges when there are no obvious answers.
