7 © Paradigm Publishing, Inc. 7 Create a Workbook with Multiple Worksheets - continued  To work with more than one worksheet at a time, select the desired worksheets.  You might want to select multiple worksheets to apply the same formatting to cells or to delete multiple worksheets.  To select adjacent worksheet tabs, click the first tab, hold down the Shift key, and then click the last tab.  To select nonadjacent worksheet tabs, click the first tab, hold down the Ctrl key, and then click any other tabs you want selected.

21 © Paradigm Publishing, Inc. 21 Manage Worksheets - continued  The VIEW tab contains a Zoom group with three buttons to change zoom settings.  Click the Zoom button in the Zoom group to open the Zoom dialog box, which contains options for changing the zoom percentage.  Click the 100% button in the Zoom group to return the view to 100%, which is the default.  Select a range of cells and then click the Zoom to Selection button to cause Excel to scale the zoom setting so that the selected range fills the worksheet area.
