2. The Airtech Range
This range has been developed to replace the now aging and somewhat out of date Airvane range.
The existing Airvane range has been reviewed and changes made as necessary, along with adding further products, to give S&A a greater chance of solving customer problems and increasing sales.
As well as a standard mineral oil choice, following industry trends will see the inclusion of longer life fluids.
Other Air related oils have also been included under the Airtech banner, to save customer confusion and make the range complete giving it a professional edge.

3. Airtech Available in grades 32, 46, 68, 100, 150
Standard choice for customers, giving a maximum 2000 hours service interval, dependant on application.
Reduces sludge & varnish for trouble free operation.
Strong resistance to oxidation breakdown.

4. Airtech XS Available in grades 46, 68, 100, 150
High quality hydrocracked base stocks give these fluids a maximum service interval, of 8000 hours depending on application.
Premium choice for customers wishing to extend equipment life & reduce fluid change outs.
May Help reduce operating cost’s.

5. Airtech XSE
High quality PAG based fluid, for use in Rotary Screw compressor’s operating in severe condition’s.
Designed for extremely high & low operating temperatures.
Service intervals of 8000 hours, depending on application.
Fluid should never be mixed with others.

6. Airtech V Available in ISO grade 100
Designed primarily for use in Rotary Vacuum Pumps.
Good Oxidation stability.
Provides excellent rust protection.
Offers inherent demulsibility.
Recommended for use above 0°c

7. Airtech ATO 22 Available in ISO grade 22
Ideal choice when customer is asking for air line or air tool oil.
Circulates & Penetrates rapidly into pneumatic systems.
Provides excellent corrosion protection.

8. Typical Viscosity Requirements
Rotary Screw = ISO Grades 32 & 46
Vane = ISO Grades 100 & 150
Reciprocating = ISO Grades 68 & 100
Vacuum Pumps = ISO Grade 100
Centifugal / Lobe = ISO Grade 32
Airlines / Air tools = ISO Grade 22
