2. 2 Room Control Main Page Select the Icon on left of the Panel you plan to use in the room and adjust according to your requirement

3. 3 Touch Lights icon to bring up the light control menu, below. Touch any of the 5 listed presets to select or adjust the lighting preset Press Back icon to go back to Room Control Main Page

4. 4 Touch Blinds icon to bring up the Blinds control menu, below. Blackout: Upon Pressing Blackout,2 sets of Blackout Blinds in the room will Roll down Daylight: Upon Pressing Daylight, only 1 set of Daylight Blinds in the room will Roll down UP: Upon Pressing the UP icon the BLINDS goes UP. STOP: Upon Pressing the STOP icon the BLINDS are in PAUSE MODE Down: Upon Pressing the DOWN icon the BLINDS roll back down Back: Press Back icon to go back to Room control Main Page

5. 5 Touch Glass icon to bring up the Glass control menu, below Clear: Press Clear icon to turn Smoke Glass in see-through, transparent mode OPAQUE: Press Opaque icon to turn Smoke Glass into Cloudy or Misty state Back: Press Back icon to go back to Room control Main Page

6. 6 Upon Selecting the Video Icon, the VC sub-menu will appear. Privacy: Press Privacy TAB to use the Headphone and cut off sound from Ceiling speakers. VC Mic: Press ▲to increase the Microphone Volume,Press ▼ to decrease the Microphone Volume and Press Mute Mic to Silent Mic Volume

7. 7 Touch Volume icon to bring up the Speaker Volume control menu, below. UP: Upon Pressing the UP icon, volume from Speaker will increase Mute: Upon Pressing the MUTE icon the Speaker are in PAUSE MODE Down: Upon Pressing the DOWN icon, volume from Speaker will reduce Back: Press Back icon to go back to Room control Main Page

8. 8 Upon Selecting the Phone Icon, the Audio Conference sub-menu will appear. After dialing the number using dial-pad on the Audio- conference page, you may initiate a conference call.

9. 9 Sub-menu for Audio Call Press the Answer or Reject icons to Accept or Reject the incoming Call

10. 10 Audio Conference Directory Access the directory by pressing on the Address Book Icon

11. 11 To Add Audio/Video Call,select the respective button to display the Audio Conference Control screen.

12. 12 Laptop Use And Projection to Samsung Monitor Upon Pressing the Laptop icon, Connect the VGA cable to the VGA monitor jack on the laptop. To project image on Samsung Monitor through Laptop, Select IMAGE on for projection or IMAGE off to blank-off the projection

13. 13 Upon Selecting the Meeting Room Icon, the 8 pax Meeting Room image can be viewed on Samsung Monitor

14. 14 Upon Selecting the Cable TV Icon, the Cable TV sub-menu will appear. The CableTV transport controls page is shown on the touch panel after selecting CableTV from the Source Select page. Use the channel controls to change channels. Channel selection can be made from the touch panel,

15. 15 Reset: Press Yes Icon to shut down the system.
