Laptop VGA Laptop HDMI PC Blue Table Red Table Yellow Table Green Table All Displays OnOffMute Share Turn on-off-mute large student monitors (may take about 8 seconds to turn back on). Display to student large monitors output from laptop or device connected to VGA or HDMI cables from teacher’s station. Display to student large monitors output from teacher’s computer. Display to all large monitors output from that table. Individual Room Mode Toggles to and from Share and Individual mode. Show any display to all large monitors. To share video with top row buttons Share mode must be on. Displays what is at that table to only that table’s large monitor. Students have local control which device at the table is shown to their large monitor. System Off Powers down large displays and resets audio video system for next user. Teacher computer remains on. LAPTOP N105 LC Student Table large monitor controller Located towards front of each student table Display what is connected to table’s HDMI cable Display table laptop 2, see laptop keyboard for designated number Display table laptop 3, see laptop keyboard for designated number Display output from table’s (hidden) computer controlled by wireless keyboard and mouse. Audio from PC sent to table headphone jacks LAPTOP 2 LAPTOP 3 PC DISPLAY ON DISPLAY OFF Turn table’s large monitor on or off Note: User files on laptops are automatically deleted after 2 days. Logoff when done to protect your account.

Faculty access to N105 Lindquist Center Please reserve the room through Scott Popham (scott- popham@uiowa.edu) ph. 335-5037.scott- popham@uiowa.edu Shortly after you reserve the classroom for your course your Iowa One ID card will be registered to unlock the door. To unlock the door swipe your ID across the card reader located by the door. When recognized a short audio beep will be heard, a green light will shine and the door will unlock. Once registered as an instructor you will have 24/7 electronic access to the classroom with your ID card. The door will automatically unlock fifteen minutes before class periods and lock fifteen minutes after class. If another class meets within two hours the door remains continuously unlocked.
