12. The Suggestion Workflow  Once submitted, Metastorm automatically routes the suggestion to the appropriate Goal Review Team

13. Locating a Suggestion  Displays in the “To Do” list for the Goal Team Leads, SPHDs, and SPROs  Displays in the “Watch List” for Reviewers (Goal Team Members, others with Reviewer role)

14. Opening a Suggestion  Select “PPQ Farm Bill Suggestion” process  Click on the suggestion you’re interested in; this will open the suggestion form in read-only mode

15. Header Tabs—Viewing Suggestion Content  Form will open to “Suggestion Information” tab

31. Metastorm – Suggestor Notes  Suggestor Notes: added by Suggestors for the use of the Suggestor only not included as part of the suggestion not visible to any reviewer role will not be considered in the review process

32.  SPHD ‐ SPRO Notes Only added by users with the SPHD ‐ SPRO role can be viewed by ALL reviewer roles including: SPHD ‐ SPRO, Review Team, and Goal Team Leads  SPHD-SPRO Review Deadline = Complete two weeks after the end of the Open Period. Recommend start DURING the Open Period Metastorm – SPHD/SPRO Notes

33. Metastorm – Review Team Notes  Review Team Notes added by users with the Review Team and Goal Team Lead roles can be viewed by ALL users with the Reviewer role cannot be viewed by users with only the SPHD ‐ SPRO role nor user with Suggestor role
