Introduction: 5 sentences A hook grabs the reader’s attention at the beginning of the paper. A thesis statement explains the three main points that will be discussed in your paper in the order they appear

Introduction: Hooks Quotation Example: Elbert Hubbard once said, "Truth is stronger than fiction.” Anecdote : can provide an amusing and attention-getting opening if it is short and to the point. Statistic or Fact Exaggeration Example: The whole world watched as the comet flew overhead.
