3. Lift Safety  Inspect lift before each use.  Never operate lift if it malfunctions or if it has broken, damaged, or missing parts.

15. Lift Safety  When working under a vehicle, the lift should be raised above the desired height of the vehicle, then lowered onto the safety latch.
