4. Answer 1 A and B are both good. The green bananas in A are not yet ripe enough to eat, but after a few weeks ripening they should taste just fine. For example in St Lucia they represent 58 % of all exports (Source Macmillan Caribbean Atlas) Other islands are less reliant on bananas but they are still make up around a quarter of export money in Dominica and St Vincent.
