4 Partnership working Disseminates existing good practice Develops new ideas and approaches Brings together vocational guidance and advice Stronger links with employers

5 Partnership working Partners must be eligible to apply for and receive ESF: Public / Private / Voluntary sector Determine project activity Identify resources Identify where & when project requires partners Identify project objectives and outcomes Agree contractual responsibility for delivery

6 Outcomes / Outputs The result or product of a project for example: People achieving relevant Qualifications Formal and Informal learning Vocational training Increase level of Business support Employers supported Work experience Progression into employment
