11 10 VP Marketing Determine the demand for products and services. Develop pricing strategies. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services. Develop an overall marketing budget.

12 11 VP Human Resources Programs on planning, staffing and recruiting. Motivation and development for mobility. Training modules. Market competitiveness. Develop an overall marketing budget. Advice and counsel workers.

13 12 VP Finance Provide operational and administrative direction. Ensure balance of company’s financial structure. Implement startegies to improve profitability. Responsible for legal issues. Report to CEO.
