National Soil Fumigation Manual & Exam Item Bank Background  14 states have soil fumigation exam category  EPA has a new federal category included in proposed regulation changes (draft 2011, implementation 2013)  Registrants required to conduct training for the interim time period  CTAG – EPA correspondence  passing an updated certification exam would substitute for registrant-mandated training noted on labeling to be released late 2011
