4. Virtual Clipboard Pilot Virtual clipboard solution: Pilot Phase 1: Demographics & Coverage Pilot Phase 2: Medications and Allergies 4 Subcommittees Solution Design (Survey, Experience) & Adoption. This subcommittee will be responsible for obtaining provider, patient and payer input on the proposed solution prior to ensure the desired experience is achieved and will oversee the functionality design. Future responsibility will include for the rollout and training of the pilot to ensure desired adoption Solution Blueprint. This subcommittee will be responsible for the technical design of the pilot including but not limited to portals, mobile solution, connectivity layer, data format Privacy and Security. This subcommittee will be responsible to ensure that the solution design meets current privacy and security standards and regulations Measuring Success. This subcommittee will be responsible for establishing indicators on efficiencies, financials and experience that will be measured both pre- and post-pilot to determine the success of the pilot solution
