Filling Up 101 Make Sure the long hose is in the drain area and not outside Why??? Prevent Flood into the kitchen

Check valves to make sure correct valve is on One Valve is pointed in the same direction as the hose ( parallel). See the left valve? This will allow water to go through this hose. The R valve is Stopping water from going through the hose. Notice the position of the valve.

Box Premixes Cleaners Three types of cleaners DO NOT need to know mixing formulas Premixed for you Easy Easy!!! However, you need to replace empty Bottles.

Rinse into Drainer NO Garberator # 4 Rinse All food MUST be scrapped Rinse Drain catcher will collect any food you missed after scrapping

Entrée Sink - Cleaning Entrée sink has; Double sink- for rinsing meat, cleaning pots Right- small hand washing sink Left- Table with green sanitizing bucket. ( anytime you need a sanitized cloth- dip cloth in and clean and go)

General Cleaning Buckets 101 Pots + Pan Soap in Custodial Room Pots + Pan Soap - in bottle at Entrée Station 1. Fill up 2 buckets with HOT water 2. Add 1 pump of soap to 1 bucket 3. Get clean rag 4. Wash table 5. Rinse with second bucket
