TSP 081-T-1008-4 SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS HEAT EXHAUSTION 2 Cramping Nausea, with or without vomiting Urge to defecate Chills (gooseflesh) Rapid breathing Tingling hands, feet Confusion

TSP 081-T-1008-5 SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS HEATSTROKE Red (flushed), hot, dry skin Weakness Dizziness Confusion Headaches Seizures Nausea Stomach pains or cramps Pulse/respiration rapid and weak Unconsciousness and collapse

TSP 081-T-1008-6 TREATMENT HEAT CRAMPS 1 Monitor mental status Move casualty to cool area Loosen casualty’s clothing
