Making Trophy Chocolate

This mould is made in 3 similar parts

Set your chocolate temp as low as you can

Take one part of mould and pour chocolate on it. Spread properly and fill all small places

Lightly tap to remove air bubble and invert to empty

Clean edges and keep aside

Take other two parts and hold them together

Use clips to fasten them together

Pour chocolate and fill

Tap lightly to remove air bubbles and clean edges

Join 1 st part with other two now

Clip them together

Rotate mould in all sides to ensure proper spread of chocolate inside

Put this mould in fridge for about 1 hour (the actual time may be different depending on your fridge. Take trials to know best time)

After cooling, you can see frosting on mould. Remove from fridge

Remove clips. Slowly push apart three sides to loosen them

Lift up one side

Slowly remove 2 nd side

Before removing 3 rd side, lightly press from middle of mould
