The designer should know their learner audience and create a program to specifically target them One size does not fit all -one has to be quite familiar with the learning environment before designing a course.

Chapter 14: Applying the Guidelines Future of e-learning Prediction 1: e-learning for Job Payoff Course designers will be more focused on designing materials based on the outcome desired Problem centered designs (job-realistic) More creativity in blending computer technology with delivery of media
