The purpose of this training is to teach PA’s to: Investigate and identify the cause when a result is late, and Perform the steps needed to resolve the problem. A robust training module has been designed to achieve these goals using Adobe ® Captivate ®, producing interactive instruction that is accessible globally from the company’s intranet.

Successful employee training from successful design Better training makes better PA’s –More confident –More consistent –More capable Say what we do and do what we say –Metrics are built into system –Audit defense Smith and Ragan describe training as instruction designed to transfer "specific skills" or learning to people who will then have to apply that knowledge right away (Smith & Ragan, 2005). By providing constant access to the materials, employees may refresh their memory for a particular task that may not be performed frequently enough to become rote.
