7. Referral Form Financial and Health Criteria Applicants MUST meet at least 1 criteria in both financial and health criteria

The client must meet one of the following examples to meet financial hardship: –Getting support from a budgeting service –Using food banks or receiving community food parcels –Accessing support from WINZ or other organisations Document what you see as financial hardship for when EECA undertakes an Audit
